Discussions
Don Breuker talked about a couple of topics he plans to advertise in the LNS – inflation & cost of living.
Karen Sterk talked about the packets distributed at doors to targeted Dickinson County residents and shared what was in the packets. There are still more packets to distribute for those interested in finishing up this important work! The brochure insert will be advertised in the LNS again next week with approval from attendance present. There are still a minimum # of yard signs for sale. Yard sign sales have actually turned into a fundraiser for the Dickinson Dems. Karen went through and summarized the two amendments that appear on the ballot this year.
Patrick Kelly talked about the # of phone calls he made to Dickinson residents 65+. Going forward we need to pay for accurate phone data. Marti N. and he attended a climate change meeting at IA Lakeside Lab. Next meeting will be held there on Nov. 9th.
.General discussion ensued. Make phone calls to get out and vote!
